Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Confirmed: Your Booking is confirmed by full payment.
CANCELLATION: Within 28 days of (In) Date the Guest will forfeit 100% of total booking. Cancellation 29 days or more prior to in date the Guest will forfeit 30% of total booking.
All confirmed bookings incur a $60 surcharge for changes to the (in) or (out) date. Where possible we will accept certain changes to a booking date.
There is a $50 surcharge which applies to a one night booking.
The Host Guest the nominated credit card holder accepts to be accountable for extra guests and hereby acknowledge and agree that the *Points of Interest and Special Conditions will apply to the booking on confirmation thereof and has read and acknowledge the conditions as evidenced by authorization to charge the credit card for above booking and telephone calls that are made and for any damage during the term of stay up to a maximum of $1 000. This is without prejudice to take legal action for any damage in excess of $1 000. That upon confirmation of the booking a binding Agreement will be formed between you The Host Guest and Tree-Elle Retreat the Property.

On arrival: Please proceed to the house on your confirmation. The door to your House will be open and the key on the table. You can occupy the property after 2.00pm. We ask that guests vacate by 10.00am on the date of termination unless prior arrangement has been made.
Mobiles do not work after the towns Denmark and Walpole.
Supplied for your stay: beds are made (if required fire lit wood in woodbox) Pantry supplies; coffee tea sugar condiments.
