Confirmed: Your Booking is confirmed by a 30% deposit. Balance is (42) forty two days prior to (In) date and deducted from The Host Guest the nominated credit card holders credit card. A booking made (42) forty two days or less full payment is required.
CANCELLATION: Within 42 days of (In) Date the Guest will forfeit 30% of total booking. All confirmed bookings incur a $60 surcharge upon cancellation and changes to the (in) or (out) date up to 42 days of (in) date. Where possible we will accept certain changes to a booking date. There is a $50 surcharge which applies to a one night booking.
The Host Guest the nominated credit card holder accepts to be accountable for extra guests and hereby acknowledge and agree that the *Points of Interest and Special Conditions will apply to the booking on confirmation thereof and has read and acknowledge the conditions as evidenced by authorization to charge the credit card for above booking and telephone calls (other than local) that are made and for any damage during the term of stay up to a maximum of $1 000. This is without prejudice to take legal action for any damage in excess of $1 000. That upon confirmation of the booking a binding Agreement will be formed between you The Host Guest and Tree-Elle Retreat the Property.

On arrival: You can occupy the property after 2.00pm. We ask that guests vacate by 10.00am on the date of termination unless prior arrangement has been made. Go direct to the house you have booked the door to your House will be open and the key on the table. Mobiles do not work after the towns Denmark and Walpole.
Supplied for your stay: beds are made (if required fire lit wood in woodbox) Pantry supplies; coffee tea sugar condiments.
